You can change the order of collections in your Help Center to make them easier to browse.

How to change your collection order?

To change the order of your collections, start by going to your Notion workspace. Locate and click on the database that contains your collections.

Next, change the collection position by adjusting the “Position” property. The ordering works in descending order, meaning higher numbers are placed at the top.

For example, if you want your "Getting Started Guides" collection to appear first, assign it a higher number, like 10. Conversely, if you want your "Archived Articles" collection to appear last, assign it a lower number, like 1.
