Integrate Crisp chat with your Notiondesk Help Center to offer real-time support and engage with your users. This guide explains how to set up the Crisp integration.

Add Crisp Chat

To connect Crisp with Notiondesk:

1. Navigate to Settings and then the Integrations tab.

2. Locate the Crisp section and click on the toggle to turn on the integration.

3. Enter your Website ID in the designated field.

Finding Your Website ID

To find your Website ID in Crisp:

1. Log in to your Crisp settings.

2. Click on Website Settings.

3. Select the website you'd like to connect to and click on Settings.

4. Click on Setup Instructions and copy your Website ID.
