With AI Automated Translation, you can now automatically translate your articles into multiple languages in just one click.

No need to copy and paste content or manage different versions manually. Notiondesk takes care of it for you while keeping the same structure and tone across all translations.

What is AI Automated Translation?

AI Automated Translation helps you:

  • Automatically create translated versions of your Help Center articles
  • Save time by skipping manual translation work
  • Ensure consistency across all languages
  • Easily manage which languages should receive automated translations

How to Enable AI Automated Translation

  1. Go to your Help Center Settings in the Notiondesk dashboard
  1. Navigate to the Auto Translation section
  1. Enable the Auto Translate toggle
  1. Choose your Original Language, this is the language you usually write articles in

Once enabled, every new article you publish in your original language will be automatically translated into your other active languages.

What happens when you publish a new article?

When you publish a new article:

  • The system will detect it’s in the original language
  • It will instantly generate translations for all enabled languages
  • The translated articles will maintain the same structure, layout, and tone

These translations are immediately available in your Help Center, ensuring a seamless experience for your global audience.
