Which languages are supported?
Notiondesk supports a wide range of popular languages (list of supported languages) You can enable or disable each language in Settings > Supported Languages.
How does automatic translation work?
Once you enable AI Automated Translation and set your original language:
- Every new article you publish will be automatically translated into all active languages
- The translated articles are created instantly and available in your Help Center
Can I manually translate articles with AI?
Yes! You can manually trigger translation for any article. Just go to the article, click Auto Translate, and select the languages you want. This is perfect if you only want to translate specific articles.
What happens when I update the original article?
When you update your original article:
- The other auto-translated versions will be automatically updated and re-translated to reflect your changes
- If you manually translated some articles, those versions will remain unchanged unless you manually trigger translation again
This ensures your multilingual help center stays consistent and up to date without extra work.
Can I disable AI Automated Translation?
Yes, you can turn off AI Automated Translation globally in General Settings > Auto Translation section
