If you want to restrict access to your Help Center, you can enable the password page. The password page is a landing page that adds password protection to your Help Center. You can create a password and give it to users that you want to enter and see your content.
Add password protection to your Help Center
You can add password protection to your Help Center.
- From your Notiondesk dashboard, go to Settings > General.
- Go to the Private Help Center section, and select Password.
- In Password, enter the password that you'll give to the users who you want to be able to access your Help Center.
- Click Save changes.

Remove password protection from your Help Center
If you remove password protection, then anyone can visit your Help Center.
- From your Notiondesk dashboard, go to Settings > General.
- Go to the Private Help Center section, and select Public.
- Click Save changes.
