When creating your account or a new help center, Notiondesk automatically assigns you a subdomain. You can of course change it from your settings, for example to put mycompany.notiondesk.help.
Change the subdomain of my Help Center
Go to the general settings of your workspace (Settings > General).
On this page you find the “Default domain” field, you can put a new subdomain and then press the “Save changes” button to save.
Your subdomain will then be changed!
Your subdomain will automatically be secured with an SSL certificate!
