Share your private help center with a direct link, no password required!

Enable magic link in Settings > General under Access Control. You'll get a unique URL to share with anyone who needs access. Visitors click the link and land directly on your help center, no login needed.

⚠️ Action required for custom domain help centers

Update your DNS CNAME record to activate CDN:

  • Old target: custom.notiondesk.help
  • New target: cname.notiondesk.help

Update your DNS in Settings → General. Changes take effect within minutes once DNS propagates.
