Articles marked as "Review" will remain editable and can be updated without immediately syncing these changes to your live help center.

This status is perfect for articles that need updates aligned with upcoming feature releases or other timed events, ensuring they go live only when you're ready.

How it works:

• Simply change the article status to "Review" when you make edits that shouldn't go live immediately.

• Once you're ready, switch the status to "Published" to sync the changes.
