How to Add Translations in Notiondesk
Notiondesk seamlessly includes multiple languages in your Help Center, much like your Notion workspace. This functionality is crucial for extending support to a global customer base.
To add a new language translation for an article or collection, navigate to your desired item within your Notion workspace. From there, you'll find an option to add a new translation specifically for that article or collection.
Next, you'll want to specify which languages your Help Center will support. To do this, visit your Notiondesk dashboard and locate the + Add language
button. Clicking on this will allow you to add additional languages to your Help Center.
Once you've defined your supported languages, it's time to tailor your Help Center's content for each one. You can easily do this by navigating to the "Content" section within your Notiondesk dashboard. This section allows you to edit the title and description of your Help Center for each language you've added.
The organization of your Help Center is automatically adapted to each language. This streamlines the management process and ensures your visitors can easily find what they're looking for in their native language.
